There are four key areas of focus:

- One to one coaching to create fundamental shifts in the way individuals work, through transforming their way of thinking, feeling and behaving.
- One to one executive coaching, both to challenge and support talented leaders in a safe environment, further developing transformational leadership behaviours and increasing effectiveness.
- Leader education, one to one coaching and team facilitation to support leaders and their teams in successfully managing the challenging personal transitions that must first be addressed in order to achieve desired organisational change.
- Interactive workshops to build competency across the organisation in transformational business skills, including leadership, coaching, mentoring, team-working, emotional intelligence, matrix management and virtual working.
